Muskegon is just plain easier and the restaurant is one of the best at any airport. -DP
People at the security gate were very helpful and friendly. Explained well, baggage checkers were helpful and friendly too! -CF
I was met unloading my bags by the parking attendant, Trina. She was very helpful. Rolled my bags and showed my wife where to go. I parked my rental car and my wife met me with our tickets - less than 5 minutes after arrival, I was ready to go through security. Excellent!! This is a first in my years of travel. -DD
Great, friendly service. A wonderful place to accommodate us in poor weather. -AM
I think some of the TSA employees and Mesaba personnel are the nicest I've encountered anywhere. - DP
This has been the best overall service I've ever had! Your employees were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! -LH

Debbie (NW manager) is always friendly and upbeat. -JR
Muskegon makes you feel like you're part of their family and when you travel as much as I do, you really appreciate this. -SD
Our airport looks so beautiful with all the flowers and plantings. I returned last night from a particularly grueling trip to Philadelphia. The flowers were a wonderful sight to come home to. I felt proud that visitors to our airport would also see them and enjoy their beauty. Definitely an important boost to Muskegon's image. Please extend a thanks and sincere appreciation to the people that planted the flowers. They did a terrific job making our airport look so great! -AJ
Fly Muskegon?
You Bet We Do!
While we were gone, Muskegon received more than a foot of new snow and surely, we worried, our vehicle will be buried in the white fluffy stuff. Much to our surprise, our vehicle was absent of any snow and we immediately thanked Mother Nature for her gift - that is, until I saw a "smiley face" on our windshield that indicated that the management and staff of the Muskegon Airport had cleaned our vehicle of snow for our arrival.
We are frequent travelers on both Northwest and MIdwest, and we are frequently asked why we do not consider Grand Rapids when flying. They always advise the pricing usually is cheaper and airline options, by far, better.
Well, now we have another reason why we prefer to fly Muskegon: better personal service.
We do not know who is responsible for taking time to uncover our vehicle, but we would like to thank that person for making our arrival in Muskegon an even more pleasurable one!
Thank you! BB & DB
Your TSA crew, Cathy Peterman and Jeff Simmons, were very professional yet very
cordial.
Congrats! -JS
